Don't ever come here.. the ac was not working at all.. and then when I asked for refund they said they have to contact supervisor. And then we went into the room there is no water and then we had to call the reception no one was available. The security guard started to check and even after 4 hours and no solution yet I have a small kid and it feels like there is no respect for a customer here My whole hearted request don't come to this place There are so many different locations please book something else and enjoy ur stays..

Way better than expected!! The self catering apartments are huge, beds are decent and the balcony is class..some great views!! Pool area is great, plenty of space, my only issue is a lot of the sun beds are old and the fabric is so stretched your lying on the support beams..otherwise the new ones are great. The pool bar/resto is great too, great selection of food, drinks & smoothies plus all the staff are lovely considering its always busy with kids running around etc. The reception staff were some of the best I've met, very helpful with recommending & booking day trips, boats trips and the likes. Would come back for sure!

PROs 1. Great staff 2. Excellent pool facilities 3. Well maintained area 4. 10 mins from the train station CONs 1. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious but not very well lit (even with the lights). Beds weren't very comfortable. At €125 a night, it’s too expensive. 2. While it's 10 mins from the station, we felt all the action is on the other side of the Marina near the old town so that would be a better side to stay.

We were four people between 18 and 21 who stayed there for two nights. Vitasol is a 20-minute walk from the center, at the top of a hill. Vitasol consists of several large buildings and has a pool and tennis court. The room we had consisted of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace. It was relatively spacious. The place lacked a dishwasher and hand soap, but otherwise had what we needed. Vitasol is easy to find on Google maps. For four people, the room cost a little over 200 per night, and I would say it is a good price for what we got. The reception is very helpful and good in English.

We're on our last day here after 8 wonderful nights. We have been staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. There is lots of space and all mod cons, apart from a kettle, but there's a tea pot for the stove for that. The apartment is clean and the towels fluffy and soft. If you have an issue there are more under the sink in the bathroom. Rooms are cleaned twice a week and towels changed once a week. There's a washing machine so we could wash them when necessary. The pool area is spacious and gets sun.mpst of the day. The pool is cold and refreshing. The bar man at the pool is friendly, if you're nice to him. The food at the poolside is quick and simple. There is a good price range so you can go for paella or toasties. The barman accommodated us watching the match on Saturday and joked about the lads needing beers on the Sunday. We're only a 10 minute walk to the marina, a little further to the beach and town. Be warned about the hill coming home lol. All in all a lovely setting to base our holiday.

Their "free" wifi means free at the reception and in the pool area ONLY. Talk about false advertising and tricking people. We went to ask for more towels and were told to "look properly". I also wanted a hair dryer since it was cold outside and I didn't want to walk with wet hair (we came all the way from Canada and didn't really pack a hairdryer for obvious reasons), I was told I need to pay a deposit of 20 euros. I still agreed, but I wanted to return the hair dryer early in the morning before we travel, I was told reception opens at 8 AM (and closes at 9 PM!), so we wouldn't have been able to get the deposit back, and so we couldn't borrow the hairdryer. Now the cherry on top is when we went to take a shower. The water was FREEZING. I couldn't take a proper shower because of how cold the water was. FYI, EVERYTHING requires a deposit, even the pool. This place was probably the worst place I've ever stayed at. I really can't find one reason why anyone would decide to spend their time there.
